KEMPTON — The developers of the Pilot Hill Wind Project have been granted a two-year extension of their special-use permit for the construction of up to 96 turbines in the Kempton area in northern Ford County.
The Ford County Zoning Board of Appeals voted 5-0 on Sept. 2 to approve extending the permit until Nov. 11, 2016.
